STEVE AOKI DEADMEAT Tour Launches Today; ‘Wonderland’ Debuts at #9 on iTunes Overall Album Chart; Video for “Ladi Dadi” ft Wynter Gordon Available Now

A milestone in his extensive career as an industry entrepreneur, DJ and producer, STEVE AOKI’s WONDERLAND (Ultra Music/Dim Mak) hit #9 on the iTunes Overall Album Chart upon its exclusive release January 10 with the digital retailer last week. It also made its debut at Billboard this week at #54 on the Top 200 Album Chart and #6 on the Dance/Electronic Album Chart.

Meanwhile, the ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK PRESENTS DIM MAK’S DEADMEAT TOUR 2012 powered by Sol Republic, featuring AOKI along with dubstep’s hottest new producer and Dim Mak label mate Datsik, launches today at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, AZ. It’s set to travel across North America throughout winter 2012 and visit some of the most renowned theaters and concert arenas. New dates are set for Charlotte at The Fillmore February 10, Long Island, NY at The Paramount February 12, Buffalo at The Town February 28, Toronto at Kool Haus March 2, Spokane at the Knitting Factory March 12 and Sacramento at UC Davis/Freeborn Hall March 14. While on the Deadmeat Tour, AOKI will release his next single, the pop-skewing “Ladi Dadi” featuring Wynter Gordon, on January 24 as well as a package including remixes from Autoerotique, Angger Dimas and Tommy Trash on January 31.
