John Digweed’s Bedrock has become one of the most prominent club nights and record labels across the globe. A name synonymous with delivering the highest quality in electronic music, Bedrock celebrates 12 years at the forefront of the scene on Saturday 2nd October with an unforgettable anniversary show. Hosted at the world famous O2 Academy Brixton, this event will incorporate an exclusive sound and visual experience like never before seen at a Bedrock event and is set to be one of the biggest underground house and techno showcases in the capital in 2010. Having sold out the likes of Heaven and matter over the years, as well as hosting a 5000 capacity arena at this summer’s South West Four, Bedrock turns its attention to one of London’s most legendary venues for the next chapter in its illustrious history.

As one of the most respected DJ’s in the world, John Digweed comes to Bedrock 12 to headline what will be the biggest Bedrock event to date and prove yet again why he has maintained a long-lasting presence as one of dance music’s most groundbreaking artists. From nights he has either created or been part of such as Bedrock, Northern Exposure and Renaissance, to his seminal record label and world renowned compilation mixes, John has consistently pushed the boundaries of forward thinking music.

Joining John in the main room is a very special guest who will be announced at the beginning of August. He is one of the biggest names in dance music, an irrepressible force who, alongside John, will ignite the Academy to new levels. With this event coming off the back of the release of John’s ‘Structures’ compilation, 2010 marks a significant milestone in Bedrock’s history which will be celebrated in full at London most loved music venue.
