Tenacity (Original Mix):
Definition: te·nac·i·ty (t -n s -t ) – Persistent, determination, doggedness, perseverance, persistency, pertinacity, tenaciousness, persistence, determination, purpose – the quality of being determined to do or achieve something; firmness of purpose; “his determination showed in his every movement”; “he is a man of purpose”.

When the initial thrilling raw synth seamlessly emerges out the energetic drum rack, with its rock’n’roll dancing feeling attached to it, it’s almost impossible not to pump your fist up and down in the air to fully appreciate the contagious sound that sustains the whole track. Alongside with it, some melodic piano strings are splattered to glimmer the construction, which later comes full circle to create a fairy lullaby on top of some marvelous pads and other fantastically soothing loops.

The progression builds up until the instruments are kindly muted one by one, leaving only the delay effects to smooth the path for the piano line to brace up. This massive breakdown interestingly empowers the synth that, until now, was under laid between the airy effects and lets it magically take its own strong leading role. Fan-tas-tic!

Bliss is the state you fall into as you surrender to the sound of this new Lemon & Einar K stonker. After the release of the all-time trance anthems ‘Autumn Radicals’ and ‘Anticipation’ the Norwegian duo come back to sweep you off your feet with their characteristic scene-setting banging tunes.

Felicity starts off with an arpeggiated synth loop, a deep kick drum and open hats as some funky electric effects glow some selected key points in the composition. Then, the rolling filthy bassline drops in, lending its darkness to contrast gorgeously with the dreamy piano keys.

Smoothing chopped whispers softly appear to join the squashy pads, while the beautiful leading string melody takes over this huge breakdown, filled with an otherworldly atmospheric vibe that immerses you in an delightful uplifting journey like no other. With the music so catchy, the air piano will become irresistible.

The progression is exceptionally soothing and delightful to experience. Felicity is just one of those tracks that keeps getting better every time you turn it up. There’s nothing like listening to this beauty loud in your car!

It’s a perfect balance between a rougher build-up and a soulful, emotional, breathtaking uplifting vibe throughout the whole composition. Actually, on both tracks you can find these elements, making this EP a must-have for all the trance addicts willing to let themselves get in touch with deeper sensations.
