Set for release on 5th May via Outsiders / Polydor, ‘Sunrise (Won’t Get Lost)’ brings together a double header of antipodean talent in the form of The Aston Shuffle and Tommy Trash.
Proving an instant hit with tastemakers and fans alike the track has already held the Beatport #1 spot for three consecutive weeks and become a mainstay in Swedish House Mafia’s ‘One Last Tour’ performances. The new single package will come with the addition of remixes from Shock One and Siege providing further fuel for dance floors worldwide.
Previously known as simply ‘Won’t Get Lost’, the single was a number 1 on Australia’s Triple J radio providing the soundtrack to the Australian summer and cementing The Aston Shuffle’s position as the next wave of the ‘Australian Invasion’. It was at this point a certain Mr Trash got involved. Starting off as a remix of a song he loved, his production ended up flipping the record on its head, turning it into an electronic masterpiece.
Released on Beatport via Axtone Records, it spent 3 solid weeks unchallenged in the #1 spot on the chart and picked up some early BBC Radio 1 spins, including ‘Trending Track Winner’ on Danny Howard’s Dance Anthems. Now with a video on the way and new remixes from Shock One and Siege pulling the track into new territory, the track’s upward trajectory continues apace.
